4. Limitations on Uploads
The default number of files and their sizes a user can upload at once is limitedand varies for each
media
type. For images it is
20 files each up to
20MB,
videos 3 files each up to
100MB,
audios 5 files each up to
10MB,
pdfs 10 files each up to
20MB. This may change in
the future. If you reached the limit, no worries, you can just refresh the page and start a new
session with more files. Or you can subscribe to our monthly plans to get more allowances. See our

5. Folder Structure Preservation
You can drag and drop your folders into the drag and drop area, and our product will remember the
folder structure inside it so that when you download all your media files in a zip file, the folder
structure will remain like how it was originally.
6. Zip File Handling
You can also drag and drop your zip files into the drag and drop area, which will unzip your media
files from it and upload them. If the zip file has folders inside of it, our product will remember
their structure inside it so that when you download all your media files in a zip file, the folder
structure will remain like how it was originally.
7. Payment Information
When you make a payment through our website, Stripe collects and processes your payment information
on our behalf. We do not store or have access to your payment details, including credit card numbers
or bank account information. Your bank details are securely processed and stored by Stripe, our
trusted payment provider. We do not have access to or store your payment information on our servers.
