Our service allows you to compress images, audios, videos, and PDFs by uploading them to our
servers. By uploading media files, you agree to the following terms:

You must be the owner of the media files or have obtained the necessary permissions to upload
them.

You must not upload any media files that contain viruses, malware, or any other harmful code.

The maximum number of files you can upload at once for each media type varies. Please check each
corresponding tool for more information. The maximum file size for each
media type varies. For images it is
20MB, videos
100MB, audios
10MB, pdfs
20MB. This may change
in
the future. Depending on the monthly plan you are subscribed to, you may be given a higher

You must not use our service for any illegal or unauthorized purposes.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from
your use of our service.
3. Limitation of Liability
We will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
arising out of or in connection with your use of our service, whether based on contract, tort,
strict liability, or any other theory of liability. Our total liability to you for all claims
arising out of or in connection with your use of our service will not exceed the amount you paid for
the service, if any.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind,
either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a
particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that our service will be uninterrupted,
timely, secure, or error-free.
5. Payments
By subscribing to our service and providing your payment details, you authorize us to charge your
chosen payment method for the selected subscription plan.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store or have access to your bank
details.
If you choose to upgrade or downgrade your subscription plan, Stripe will prorate the charges
accordingly.
Subscriptions renew automatically on a monthly basis unless canceled by the customer.
Payments made for our service are non-refundable.
6. Changes to Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior
notice. Your continued use of our service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the
new Terms and Conditions.
